Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, trees, shrubs, and grass
• Prune and trim plants to maintain health and appearance
• Mow lawns, edge pathways, and remove weeds
• Monitor plant health and treat pests or diseases
• Maintain garden tools and equipment
• Design or assist in planning garden layouts and landscaping features
• Apply mulch, compost, and soil conditioners
• Ensure proper irrigation and drainage systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of plants, soil types, and seasonal care
• Ability to use gardening tools and machinery (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers)
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
