Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of facility operations to ensure buildings and services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role includes managing preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing MEP systems, coordinating soft services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management, and ensuring high levels of customer and tenant satisfaction.

The Facilities Coordinator also manages contractors and service providers, monitors service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, prepares and controls operational budgets, and implements cost-saving and sustainability initiatives. In addition, the position requires ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting inspections and risk assessments, and responding effectively to emergencies and operational issues.

Strong leadership, technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential to successfully manage teams, maintain assets, improve operational performance, and support overall business continuity.
