Facilities Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facilities/maintenance team
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs
• Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain asset and maintenance records
• Support space planning and facility improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Good budgeting and cost-control skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering/Facilities Management
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing contractors and service agreements
