Floor Supervisor

Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience in a high-end dining environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, refined service standards, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while supporting and motivating the service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient flow
• Maintain the highest standards of service, etiquette, grooming, and presentation in line with luxury brand expectations
• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistency in service delivery
• Actively engage with guests, handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and discreetly
• Ensure VIP guests and regular patrons receive personalized and memorable service
• Monitor table turns, reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times
• Assist management with daily briefings, shift reports, and performance feedback
• Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, wine, and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role within
• fine dining or high-end restaurants
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
