A Waiter is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and friendly service to guests while ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages according to service standards. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Clear and reset tables efficiently. Process bills and handle payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
