Benefits Communications Senior Analyst

The EMEA Benefits Communications Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the employee benefits experience across EMEA. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing benefits communications, supporting benefit program launches, creating employee-facing content, and driving benefits change management initiatives.

The role combines benefits knowledge with excellent communication and content development skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex benefits information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand communications for employees, managers, HR teams, and leadership stakeholders.

This role will support 18 countries across EMEA and help drive consistency, governance, employee understanding, and engagement with benefits programs.
