SAP Senior Payroll Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP ECP Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions by:

• Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECP solutions
• Providing functional expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY-EE) and ensuring compliant, high-quality payroll processes
• Participating in all phases of SAP ECP implementation projects, including:
• Requirements gathering and specification definition
• Analysis and solution design
• System configuration and customization
• Testing and go-live support
• Supporting AMS activities, including incident resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems
• Contributing to user support services and helping maintain high levels of client satisfaction and system stability

What You'll Bring

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as an SAP ECP Consultant
• Strong expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY-EE)
• Experience supporting Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and/or SAP implementation projects
• Solid understanding of SAP ECP modules and integration points
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment

Nice to Have

Experience with

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• SAP HCM Certifications
• Estonian language skills
