Role Overview

We’re looking for an

SEO Analyst

  • to join our Organic Growth team. This is a
  • hands-on execution role
  • , focused on delivering high-impact SEO work across
  • technical SEO, programmatic pages, and AI-driven workflows
  • . You’ll work directly with the SEO Lead and contribute to improving organic performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

🔧

SEO Execution

  • Execute SEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and content workflows
  • Maintain high-quality execution with clear documentation and timelines
  • 🌐

Programmatic SEO

  • Optimize large-scale page sets (city, university, property pages)
  • Improve on-page elements: metadata, headings, internal linking, canonicals
  • Identify and fix keyword cannibalization and content gaps
  • ⚙️

Technical SEO

  • Manage crawlability, indexation, redirects, and structured data
  • Support audits, Core Web Vitals monitoring, and site health improvements
  • 🤖

AI & Search Optimization

Work on

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

and

  • LLM visibility
  • Improve content structure for AI-driven search and retrieval
  • 📊

Reporting & Automation

  • Track and report SEO performance (GSC, GA4, etc.)
  • Build automation workflows to reduce manual effort

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in product/startup environments)
  • Strong understanding of
  • technical SEO and on-page optimization
  • Experience with tools like

GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush

Familiarity with

  • programmatic SEO and large-scale websites
  • Hands-on experience using
  • AI tools in SEO workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and execution mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience with marketplace/listing platforms
  • Exposure to international SEO (multi-market, hreflang)
  • Basic understanding of
  • schema markup (JSON-LD)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Python / Google Apps Script)
