Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR team with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
• Provide a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
