For more information about our services, please visit our website . About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Trainer Intern to join our Learning & Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate training, content development, employee engagement, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for learning and development, and an interest in creating engaging training experiences for employees and fresh hires. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training sessions for new hires and employees. • Support the creation of training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning modules. • Develop engaging content for classroom training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning on the LMS. • Coordinate with trainers, HR, and business stakeholders to identify training requirements. • Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and completion reports. • Create quizzes, role plays, assessments, and interactive learning activities to improve learner engagement. • Monitor learner progress and assist in preparing training effectiveness reports. • Research industry trends and modern learning methodologies to enhance training programs. Required Skills & Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
