Inpatient Neurosurgery APP Opportunity | St. Joseph’s Hospital – Tampa, Florida

Position Overview BayCare Medical Group , the leading physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking two Inpatient Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Adult & Pediatric Neurosurgery team at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida . This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a rapidly growing neurosurgery practice serving both pediatric and adult patients across the greater Tampa Bay region. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and compassionate with a desire to grow within a high-volume, high-acuity specialty. Key responsibilities: High-acuity, hospital-based neurosurgical care Hospital-based rounding, consults, and OR support Light weekend daytime call rotation (~1:7) Collaboration with ICU and surgical teams Functioning as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality neurosurgical care. Qualifications Board Certified PA (NCCPA) Active Florida license (or ability to obtain) Experience with pediatrics preferred; must be comfortable seeing pediatrics.
