Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon

This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced NP or PA seeking a consistent weekend schedule with meaningful patient impact. In this role, you will provide weekend rounding coverage at a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, seeing 15-20 residents each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage acute changes in condition, coordinate with facility nursing staff, and ensure continuity of care for a stable, established patient panel. No weekday commitment required.
