VP Total Rewards

Provides strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation, benefits and safety programs including base pay, incentive pay; health, welfare and retirement benefits team member safety and workers compensation, in support of the organization’s objectives and competitive position in the marketplace. This is a hybrid position that can be based in the St. Petersburg, Orlando, or Ft. Lauderdale.
