Biomedical Technologist Associate - Main Healthcare Tech Mgmt - Full Time - Days

The BMET I position maintains and repairs general biomedical equipment across TCH Enterprise. This entry-level role supports equipment reliability by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and accreditation requirements. The BMET I serves as a liaison between TCH Enterprise and equipment manufacturers, assisting with technical issue resolution, quality concerns, and service escalations. The position provides customer support and training to clinical staff to promote the safe and effective use of medical equipment. A working knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and customer service is required to support positive clinical outcomes. Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, HIPAA, HL7, and EMR integration, or the ability to learn these technologies, is preferred.
