We are seeking a **high-impact AI Delivery Manager with 10–15 years of experience** to oversee **enterprise-level AI/ML and GenAI initiatives** from inception through to deployment.

This position suits a professional who excels in **global delivery settings**, handles **large-scale program management**, and has the ability to implement **AI solutions across complex enterprise environments**.

## Requirements

🎯 **Primary Responsibilities**

• Oversee the **complete delivery lifecycle** of AI/ML & GenAI projects (from POC to production)
• Coordinate programs involving:
• Large Language Model (LLM) applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
• Data science and machine learning deployments
• AI-powered automation initiatives
• Lead **program governance, KPI tracking, and excellence in delivery**
• Collaborate with **executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)**
• Oversee **global and distributed engineering and data teams**
• Ensure **timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery**

🧠 **Experience Required**

• 10 to 15 years of experience in **Program or Delivery Management**
• Demonstrated success managing **large enterprise-level programs**
• Practical experience with **AI/ML/GenAI projects (1 to 3+ years)**
• Strong expertise in:
• Global delivery frameworks
• Stakeholder engagement
• Budget management and portfolio ownership
• Preferred background in **data platforms or enterprise systems**

⚙️ **Preferred Technical Knowledge**

• Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LangChain, LLM frameworks, and AI copilots
• Experience with cloud providers (**AWS, Azure, GCP**)
• Understanding of MLOps, data pipeline development, and AI system architecture
