[2070 Health](https://2070health.com/) is India’s first [venture studio](https://www.fortuneindia.com/enterprise/mastech-founder-sets-up-indias-first-venture-studio-in-healthcare/110152) building patient-centric healthcare companies from scratch by bringing together futuristic ideas, exceptional founders, and a powerful innovation platform. Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new businesses.

At the Studio, we’re a team of 40+ team members and Founders/EIRs who are deeply passionate about **solving largescale and challenging healthcare delivery problems in India. Till date, we’ve launched impactful ventures like Elevate Now, Nivaan, Hoola Health, Reveal HealthTech, Everbright Health and Everhope Oncology.**

**Responsibilities:**

**Whitespace Identification**

• Market landscaping: Identify and size high-potential, underserved healthcare segments in India through rigorous primary and secondary research
• Competitive intelligence: Track the evolving competitive and regulatory landscape across target verticals
• Opportunity validation: Conduct stakeholder and expert interviews, design and run rapid market pilots to pressure-test hypotheses, assess problem severity, and establish conviction

**Venture Design**

• Solution design: Translate validated whitespace opportunities into investable venture concepts by defining the winning business model, go-to-market strategy, and initial unit economics for new ventures
• IC presentation: Present the incubation opportunity to IC for raising seed capital for the new venture
• Launch support: Support the structured sprint from concept to launch along with the founders and EIRs

**Strategic & Operational value creation**

• Operational value addition: Partner with founders on strategic and operational priorities, including go-to-market, unit economics, pricing, and growth, to drive measurable improvement within portfolio companies
• Strategic support: Advise founders on senior hiring, capital allocation, and other critical decisions across the portfolio
• Performance monitoring: Set and run the cadence of management reporting and performance reviews across portfolio companies, tracking KPIs, financials, and key operating metrics against plan.

## Requirements
**You should apply if:**

• You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, venture capital, start-ups or healthcare
• You have strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in valuation, due diligence, and performance analysis
• You have strong communication skills (we will be speaking with founders, experts, senior leaders, bankers & investors)
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, work by first principles, and have exceptional problem-solving skills
• You have a self-driven, can-do attitude and willing to take initiative & iterate
