We are seeking a highly creative and experienced **Senior Lead Animator** to lead the animation function and deliver visually compelling, high-impact creative content. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories while driving innovation across animation projects.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end animation process from concept development to final delivery across multiple creative projects.
• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets using industry-standard tools.
• Develop compelling animation concepts that effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand narratives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual experiences.
• Review animation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, creativity, and adherence to project objectives.
• Mentor and guide animation team members by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical support.
