We are looking for an experienced **Marketing Operations Manager** to own and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power modern marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in **product-led SaaS (PLG)** environments who can independently manage marketing technology, campaign operations, lifecycle automation, and reporting. You will play a critical role in ensuring marketing systems remain accurate, scalable, and performance-driven while enabling cross-functional teams to make informed, data-backed decisions.

Working closely with Revenue Operations, Data, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams, you will oversee marketing automation platforms, attribution models, lifecycle campaigns, reporting frameworks, and system integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can operate with minimal supervision while continuously improving marketing efficiency and business outcomes.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing automation platform, including workflows, lifecycle automation, audience segmentation, forms, email campaigns, lists, data hygiene, and platform documentation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize attribution models, UTM governance, and campaign tracking across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Design, execute, and monitor lifecycle marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, onboarding programs, and segmented email initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and marketing insights while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Configure, execute, and document A/B testing initiatives across email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing programs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing technology integrations, monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and maintain reliable documentation for all marketing operations processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Data, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless data flow, reporting consistency, and operational alignment.
  • Support product analytics initiatives by tracking user behavior, campaign performance, and emerging AI-driven marketing visibility metrics where applicable.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and optimize marketing processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure scalable, repeatable, and well-governed marketing operations.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in **Marketing Operations**, preferably within a **Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS**environment.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise in **HubSpot administration**, marketing automation, workflow management, and lifecycle campaign execution.
  • Strong experience with **Salesforce**, attribution modeling, CRM management, and marketing performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in **SQL** and working with data warehouses to build reports, answer business questions, and validate marketing data independently.
  • Deep understanding of campaign attribution, UTM governance, multi-channel marketing measurement, and data quality best practices.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks, system integrations, email deliverability, and CRM synchronization.
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in asynchronous, distributed teams.
  • Self-driven professional who can independently manage marketing operations, prioritize initiatives, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
