JobType: full-time

We are looking for an experienced **Cloud Architect** to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have **8–13 years of experience** in cloud engineering, infrastructure architecture, and DevOps practices, with strong expertise in **Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture design**. You will play a key role in defining cloud strategies, modernizing infrastructure, and enabling engineering teams to deliver applications efficiently through automation and best practices.

As a Cloud Architect, you will collaborate with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to build resilient cloud platforms that support business growth while ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures for enterprise applications.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using **Terraform** to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** to enable seamless application deployment and infrastructure automation.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions following industry best practices for availability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
  • Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
  • Define cloud governance, security standards, networking architecture, and identity management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure automation into software delivery workflows.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost-management strategies.
  • Drive automation initiatives to minimize manual processes and improve deployment consistency.
  • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure trends.

### Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • **8–13 years** of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud architecture.
  • Strong expertise in **Terraform** for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Extensive experience designing and managing **CI/CD pipelines** using modern DevOps tools.
  • Deep understanding of cloud **architectures**, including highly available, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, IAM, load balancing, DNS, and virtual networking.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and infrastructure performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

### Preferred Skills

  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
  • Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and governance policies.
  • Experience implementing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are highly desirable.
  • Exposure to serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and cloud cost optimization tools.
