About The Role

Provide Level 2 end-user support for incidents related to Oracle Java to Red Hat OpenJDK migration across Windows environments. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Java-related application issues, perform remediation activities, coordinate escalations and rollbacks when required, and work closely with application teams, EUC teams, and Red Hat Support to ensure successful migration and operational stability.
