We are seeking an experienced **Technical Lead** to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and AWS**, combined with the leadership skills to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in defining system architecture, leading end-to-end software development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Working closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will build resilient, high-performance systems while fostering engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native system architectures using modern engineering principles.
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Build and optimize distributed systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, event-driven architectures, and real-time messaging systems.
• Implement and optimize cloud solutions using AWS services such as RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and event-streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka to build robust data platforms.
• Improve application performance through efficient algorithms, caching strategies, monitoring, logging, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate effort, plan releases, manage technical risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and drive continuous improvements in software quality and development processes.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of experience in **Software Development**, Backend Engineering, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in **Java 17+**, **Spring Boot 3+**, and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, system design, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services, including RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
• Good understanding of data lakes, lakehouse architectures, batch processing, and stream processing concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and application performance optimization.
