## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze large datasets to **derive insights** that drive business and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain **data models, dashboards, and reports** for key stakeholders.
• Utilize **Python and SQL** to perform advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with **product, operations, and business teams** to optimize decision-making.
• Identify **key metrics and trends** to enhance last-mile delivery and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive **A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analytics** for continuous optimization.
• Ensure **data integrity and accuracy** while working with large-scale datasets.

### **What We’re Looking For**

• **5+ years of experience** in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• **Proficiency in Python and SQL** for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of **product analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)**.
• Experience working with **logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce data** is a plus.
• **Excellent problem-solving skills** and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• **Strong communication skills** to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
