## Description
**Working Setup:**

• 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)

**Work Hours:**

• 11PM to 8AM

**Responsibilities:**

• **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and coach inside sales team; Manage KPIs through reviews and action plans.
• **Sales Operations:** Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting; Support campaigns; Close deals; Maintain CRM accuracy.
• **Process Improvement:** Identify gaps; Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and sales escalations.
• **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare sales reports; Analyze trends to guide coaching and strategy enhancements.

**Requirements:**

• High School graduate
• Excellent English communication
• At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
• At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
• Proven ability to coach others and manage conflict constructively
• Team/operations scaling experience.
• Proficient in multitasking, tools, and Google Suite applications.
