We are seeking a technically strong **Product Manager** to lead the development of platform capabilities while driving customer-focused outcomes across a cross-functional engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who combines product strategy with technical expertise and enjoys working closely with engineering, AI, and platform teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will own the product backlog, define clear product requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to build innovative platform capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping AI-enabled features, improving system integrations, leveraging data to guide product decisions, and ensuring successful product adoption. This position requires a strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, event-driven systems, and AI-powered platforms.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with engineering, AI, and platform teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform capabilities and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and integration teams to define APIs, data contracts, and seamless system integrations.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer feedback, driving continuous product improvements.
  • Define and maintain AI platform artifacts, including intent definitions, skill specifications, and policy configurations to support intelligent workflows.
  • Develop and maintain validation scenarios and test datasets to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Support feature adoption by driving change management initiatives, documentation, and user enablement activities.
  • Design and implement workflow automations using integration and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations to support product functionality and troubleshoot integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with data teams to define reporting requirements, analytics instrumentation, and data models for product insights.
  • Facilitate product prioritization, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate technical trade-offs effectively across business and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, scalability, and enhanced customer experience.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6+ years of experience in **Product Management**, preferably within platform, enterprise software, AI-enabled, or data-driven products.
  • Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and scalable platform design.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and interpreting technical specifications, system designs, and data models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI concepts, and intelligent workflow platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining product KPIs, measuring success metrics, and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a structured approach to product development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing technology, customer data platforms, learning platforms, or workflow automation tools is an added advantage.
