You’ll manage a caseload based on your clinical interests and experience – working with **children**, **adults**, or a **blended caseload**, depending on your preference. ### What You'll Do: - Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions - Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals - Maintain clear documentation and contribute to goal setting and reviews - Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development ### What We’re Looking For: - Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A genuine love for helping people achieve independence and joy in daily life - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - New grads welcome – full supervision and mentoring provided!
