## Requirements
Design and deliver science-backed training programs (strength, conditioning, HIIT, functional fitness)
tailored to member goals

• Lead high-energy group classes (The Lab) and personalized 1:1 training sessions with strong attention to

form and safety

• Track member progress and adapt programs to keep results coming
• Guide members on nutrition basics, recovery, and lifestyle habits alongside training
• Bring the Knox energy — motivating, approachable, and performance-driven — to every session
• Represent the Knox standard on the floor, and potentially contribute to RESET retreat experiences
• Be part of a new studio's opening team as Knox expands to new cities

**Experienced Trainers**

• Certified fitness trainers (CPT, ACE, NASM, K11, or equivalent) with hands-on floor experience
• Strong grounding in strength training, functional fitness, mobility, or specialized formats (HIIT, boxing,

• calisthenics, etc.)
• **Freshers**

• Fitness enthusiasts or certification holders just starting out — we'll train you on the Knox coaching method
• Passion and discipline matter more than years of experience

**Athletes**

• Former or current athletes (any sport) looking to transition into coaching
• Bring your competitive mindset and discipline to help members push past their limits
