### About the role

1. Act as an expert to guide all relevant stakeholders and help adapt best practices on matters pertaining to Employee Relations.
2. Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Facilitates adherence of all laid standards, applicable laws and ultimately ensures compliance to Code of conduct of the Organization.
4. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders (corporate & all units/businesses) to have full overview of all general labor law and across the group.
