## Requirements
**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user journey mapping to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyse research data to gain insights and inform design decisions, ensuring user-centric solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and feedback.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended, maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet project requirements and business goals.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to design guidelines and best practices across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh, modern, and user-focused.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and organization.

**Requirements:**

• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and tools (e. g., Hotjar, UserTesting).
• Experience with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
