## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.
