About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sourcing Team Leader to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. They will be responsible for driving lead generation through channel partners, building and managing relationships, and ensuring the sourcing team meets sales targets. This role involves a blend of strategy, training, and execution, requiring an individual with excellent communication and coordination skills.
## Requirements
### Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and sales targets through the effective management of the Channel Partner (CP) network.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new CPs, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all CP-related issues, processes, and activities.
- Utilize an extensive CP network and existing customer base to drive business acquisition and client management in collaboration with CPs.
- Conduct regular engagement meetings and empanelment sessions with CPs to foster strong partnerships.
- Organize CP events, meets, and branding initiatives to enhance engagement and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure sustained growth.
- Set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor team performance to maintain high standards of productivity.
- Guide CPs to function as Business Associates, driving targeted sales across diverse markets.
- Ensure consistent reporting through structured MIS formats to monitor daily progress and key metrics.
- Identify and analyse emerging markets and shifting market dynamics, staying updated on competitor activities, new product launches, and pricing trends.
- Maintain awareness of government policies, transaction procedures, and ensure adherence to RERA regulations and norms.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to lead teams and foster business growth.
- Exhibit a strong business sense, leveraging industry expertise to adapt to evolving market conditions and maintain a competitive edge.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Age:** Max up to 35 years
- **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Experience:** Preferably from the real estate Industry.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
- **Skills and Competencies:** Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
