This role will support BeOne’s R&D, business development, and commercialization activities, contributing to the Company’s vision of advancing innovative cancer therapeutics. 我们诚聘一名经验丰富的知识产权律师（IP Counsel）加入不断壮大的内部知识产权法律团队。该岗位将为公司在研发、业务拓展及商业化等方面提供支持，共同推动创新肿瘤治疗药物的开发与上市，实现公司的战略愿景。 Key Responsibilities | 主要职责 Develop and maintain a robust global intellectual property portfolio to support the Company’s research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of small molecule drug products. 建立并持续优化公司全球知识产权组合，支持小分子药物的研发、生产及商业化。 Conduct patentability assessments, prior art searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, and competitive landscape evaluations; clearly communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams. 开展专利可专利性分析、现有技术检索、自由实施（FTO）分析及竞争格局研究，并向跨职能团队清晰传达分析结论及建议。 Provide actionable guidance to research teams on legal requirements for patentable inventions. 就专利申请相关法律要求向研发团队提供专业、可执行的指导。 Collaborate closely with R&D teams to identify new inventions and lead patent drafting, filing, and prosecution strategies. 与研发团队紧密合作，识别潜在创新成果，并主导专利撰写、申请及审查策略制定。 Review and analyze office actions and develop effective response strategies, including claim amendments. 审阅并分析审查意见通知书，制定有效的答复策略，包括必要的权利要求修改。 Partner with external counsel to manage and oversee global patent prosecution activities. 与外部专利代理机构及律师事务所合作，统筹管理全球专利审查与授权工作。 Design and implement IP strategies aligned with business priorities, R&D timelines, and budget considerations. 结合业务发展重点、研发进度及预算要求，制定并实施知识产权战略。 Support IP due diligence for potential in-licensing or business development opportunities. 参与引进项目（in-licensing）或业务发展相关的知识产权尽职调查工作。 Review scientific publications, abstracts, and presentations to assess and mitigate IP risks. 审阅科研论文、会议摘要及报告，评估并降低潜在的知识产权风险。 Advise on agreements and transactions with intellectual property implications. 就涉及知识产权的合同及交易事项提供法律意见。 Participate in cross-functional program team meetings and provide strategic IP guidance on innovation arising from discovery and development activities. 参与跨职能项目团队会议，就研发过程中产生的创新成果提供知识产权战略建议。 Qualifications | 任职要求 Advanced degree in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, or related discipline required; Ph.D. in organic chemistry preferred. 有机化学、药物化学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有有机化学博士学位者优先。 1–5 years of relevant intellectual property experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on small molecule drug inventions. 具有1–5年生物医药行业知识产权相关工作经验（律所或企业法务），具有小分子药物发明相关经验者优先。 Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of drug discovery, development, manufacturing, and commercialization processes; familiarity with biologics and small molecule drugs preferred. 具备医药行业相关经验，深入理解药物发现、开发、生产及商业化流程，熟悉生物制剂及小分子药物者优先。 Familiarity with global patent prosecution rules and regulatory requirements. 熟悉全球专利审查规则及相关法律法规。 Demonstrated ability to lead patent drafting, filing, and prosecution processes, and to effectively communicate IP strategies to external counsel. 具备主导专利撰写、申请及审查工作的能力，并能够高效向外部代理机构传达知识产权策略。 Strong ability to collaborate across teams, work independently, and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines with a high level of professionalism. 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，同时能够独立工作，在较强时间压力下高效平衡多项任务，保持高度专业性。 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
