(Senior/Principal) Investigator, Antibody Therapeutics

Essential Functions of the job: Design and prepare therapeutic antibodies and proteins for various novel antibodies projects using structure based rational design and/or library-based evolution approaches and ensure timely and quality delivery Continuously develop and/or optimize platform methodology to fit for various engineering and production purposes (affinity maturation, optimization of developability, introduction of cross-reactivity etc.) Analyze, summarize, interpret and present antibody engineering, production and characterization data to project teams Work with other functional R&D and early CMC departments. Participate in timeline planning and decision-making regarding research priorities of company or department and provide information on feasibility of prospective projects Supervisory Responsibilities: Improve the antibody therapeutics early discovery workflow Prioritize work and troubleshoot for technique difficulties Foster career developments of the group members Requirements: PhD degree in biosciences, including but not limited to biology, biochemistry, chemistry, medicine and pharmacology Industry or academia experience in antibody engineering and characterization using rational design and/or library evolution approaches.
