Job Description: This position is a technical role, which provide technical support for small molecule drug substance development. The person will generate data, interpret data, and compose reports. Independently design and execute experiments with certain complexity. Independently interpret complex data and draw effective conclusions. Keep good experimental record. Independently compose technical reports. Independently resolve technical issue with certain complexity. Present in the cross functional meeting for interpretation and discussion. Understand general techniques in the industry and develop new methodologies. Give guidance to coworkers in terms of lab techniques and operations. Independently perform systematic risk assessment on development work. Manage external development and manufacture to supply drug substance. Contribute to regulatory filing under supervision. Job Requirements: Master degree in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or equivalent. Equipped with good knowledge of drug substance development. Demonstrated good ability of solid-state study or chemical process development. Good interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional cooperation. Good understanding of GMP manufacture. Strong capability of data interpretation and analysis. Strong capability of trouble shooting. Good English language skills is highly desired but not required
