Support new product launch & commercialization: BeiGene portfolio: Support BU to commercialize products. Partner portfolio: Align internally within BeiGene cross function teams and negotiate externally with alliance partners to launch new products. Manage governance of strategic decision meetings: Coordinate, set up agenda, provide analysis, and follow up key decision-making governance meetings. Lead special projects/initiatives: Carry out specific projects assigned by BU head, by leveraging strong project management skills of planning, communications, analytics, and presentation skills to ensure excellent project delivery. Offer people development opportunities to colleagues via on-job or designed trainings.
