(Sr.) Manager, Research HRBP

Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders to drive talent, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. In addition to providing end-to-end HRBP support to assigned functions, this role will have the opportunity to lead Research-wide talent and leadership programs, site-level people initiatives, and cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience and organizational capability. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnering • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability and support business growth. • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and team effectiveness. • Coach managers on employee development, leadership effectiveness, and change management. 2. Research-Wide HR Initiatives Implementation • Support the HRBP Leader in implementing Research-wide organizational and talent initiatives, including organizational effectiveness projects, transformation efforts, and change initiatives. 3. Site HR and Employee Experience: • Support government-sponsored talent programs. • Partner with local site stakeholders to drive site-wide culture and engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with HR Operations, Facilities, and Administration teams on employee-facing initiatives. • Serve as the HR representative during government inspections, visits, and labor-related inquiries, as applicable.
