General Description: BeOne Medicines is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative therapies, with a focus on oncology and immunology. We are searching for investigators to provide in vivo pharmacology expertise in developing our oncology and immunology pipelines. This individual will design, execute and lead in vivo, ex vivo, and translational studies to evaluate biologics, small molecules or other treatment modalities, assisting or leading cross-functional cooperation of our research programs. Lead or assist in vivo pharmacology studies with potential responsibilities as an internal program lead for research pipeline projects. Identify key scientific and pharmacological questions during project progression, design and execute in vivo and ex vivo studies for molecule screening and lead/candidate evaluation. Collaborate with the broader scientific teams to design and execute experiments aimed at defining the mechanism(s) of action. Compile and present critical data packages to support decision-making under the guidance of the research management committee. Draft and prepare reports for IND application. Stay abreast of scientific and industry developments in oncology and immunology fields, and proactively propose new scientific targets to support pipeline expansion. Keep familiar with the regulatory requirements of preclinical pharmacology research. Summarize comprehensive data and submit publications to peer-reviewed journal Other pharmacology research responsibilities as needed.
