General Description: This position is a technical role, which provides technical support. Essential Functions of the job: Independently design and execute relatively sophisticated experiments, the design of which should be systematic and reasonable Independently interpret relatively complicated dataset, capable of consolidate a series of dataset and perform analysis to draw conclusions. Be able to present to results in cross functional meetings, and provide advice for the next steps Keep good record of work per the company policy, and prepare technical reports as needed; contribute to regulatory filing with the supervision Solve technical problems with certain level of complexity Familiar with the common technical practice in the industry, and develop new methodologies according to the project requirement Give guidance to the team regarding lab techniques and operations May work as analytical workstream lead (WSL) or acting analytical team lead (acting ATL) under the supervision of analytical team lead (ATL), and collaborate with cross functional CMC team to deliver overall project goal Education Required: M.S. with about 4+ years of experience in the analytical development, major in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology, engineering or other relevant subjects Other Qualifications: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following analytical techniques: HPLC，GC，MS，etc Reasonable capability to reveal and resolve problems Reasonable interpersonal skills, be able to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
