Job Description 岗位主要职责（Key responsibilities）： 一、负责制定并落实区域业务与药品学术推广策略，通过有效的一线团队管理、辅导及组织能力建设，带领团队开展合规的医学信息沟通和药品学术推广活动，实现区域业务目标并持续提升患者获益。 制定并实施与品牌战略及公司整体战略一致的区域业务计划，基于市场洞察与数据分析，识别区域重点及发展机会。 合理配置区域资源，支持患者可及性提升、药品学术推广活动目标达成及区域业务持续发展。 带领团队开展合规的医学信息沟通和药品学术推广活动，确保公司科学信息准确、规范传播。 建立并维护与关键利益相关方（包括KOL、重点客户及相关决策者）的专业合作关系，推动高质量学术交流，提升品牌认知及临床价值认同。 通过辅导、现场随访及绩效管理，持续提升团队成员专业能力和执行水平。 与医学事务（MA）、关键客户管理（KA）及其他跨职能团队协作支持业务目标；与商业准入团队紧密合作，推进产品准入、定价及医院列名等关键项目。 有效管理区域运营费用（OPEX），确保资源合理配置及最优利用；监控预算执行情况，确保与业务重点保持一致。 二、团队发展 确保团队成员完成医药代表备案、培训认证及相关合规要求。 通过清晰的目标设定、有效辅导及绩效管理，激励并发展团队成员。 三、严格遵守公司行为准则、行业规范及适用法律法规，维护公司声誉和合规文化，践行企业文化和价值观，并营造同样标准的团队文化。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement regional business and pharmaceutical academic promotion strategies. Lead the team in conducting compliant medical information exchange and pharmaceutical academic promotion activities through effective frontline team management, coaching, and organizational capability building to achieve regional business objectives and continuously improve patient outcomes. Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with brand strategy and the Company’s overall strategy, leveraging market insights and data analysis to identify regional priorities and growth opportunities. Allocate regional resources effectively to support patient access improvement, achievement of academic promotion objectives for pharmaceutical products, and sustainable regional business growth. Lead the team in conducting compliant medical information exchange and pharmaceutical academic promotion activities, ensuring the accurate and appropriate dissemination of the Company’s scientific information. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, key customers, and relevant decision-makers, to promote high-quality academic exchange and enhance brand awareness and recognition of clinical value. Continuously improving team members’ professional capabilities and execution through coaching, field visits, and performance management. Collaborate with Medical Affairs (MA), Key Account Management (KA), and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives; work closely with the Commercial Access team to advance key initiatives such as product access, pricing, and hospital listing. Effectively manage regional operating expenses (OPEX), ensuring appropriate allocation and optimal utilization of resources; monitor budget execution to ensure alignment with business priorities. 2. Team Development Ensure team members complete Medical Representative registration, training and certifications, and relevant compliance requirements. Motivate and develop team members through clear objective setting, effective coaching, and performance management. 3. Strictly comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations; safeguard the Company’s reputation and compliance culture, practice the Company’s culture and values, and foster a team culture that upholds the same standards.
