Senior Research Investigator, DMPK representative

General Description: The DMPK Department of BeOne Medicines is seeking a highly motivated individual to be the DMPK function representative to lead DMPK and PK/PD modeling efforts. The successful candidate must have in depth knowledge of DMPK and PK/PD modeling and simulation to provide DMPK expert opinion from hit identification, lead optimization, candidate profiling, to IND and beyond. Essential Functions of the job: · Closely collaborate with project teams to define DMPK screening strategy and TPP · Solve ADME/PK challenges, facilitating the discovery and development of high quality clinical candidates · Provide human PK and dose prediction, DDI risk assessments and input for Phase I clinical design · Conduct comprehensive PK/PD analysis using PK/PD modeling to facilitate PK/PD understanding and clinical translation · Use PBPK modeling to predict human PK and evaluate DDI risk · Provide DMPK and PK/PD expertise and input into related documents such as Investigator Brochures, SOPs, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs, NDAs and sNDAs. · Other duties as assigned.
