实现质量部可视化管理及数字化持续改善，优化及提高效率。 Quality visual management and digital continuous improvement, optimize and improve efficiency. 协助完成质量管理的持续优化工作。 Assist the QIP manager to continuously optimize the quality management. 组织配合各项审计的进行 Organize and cooperate with each audit 主要职责： • 协助实验室搭建数字化平台，如Smart-QC; Support the laboratory to build the digital platforms, such as Smart-QC; • 负责质量部的样品计划管理； Responsible for sample plan management of quality department • 负责Smart-QC系统的日常维护； Responsible for daily maintenance of smart-QC system; • 运用Power BI，Tableau等可视化平台搭建自动化看板，便于及时掌握、跟踪和分析各类关键指标的运营情况； Using Power BI, Tableau or other visual platforms to build automatic dashboard, so as to timely grasp, track and analyze the operation situation of various key indicators; • 支持新工厂钻石项目：如使用项目管理工具Smartsheet制定C&Q计划； Support the Diamond projects: e.g. Create C&Q plan by Smartsheet; • 协助质量部CI项目管理工作； Support the CI project management work for Quality department; • 参加该岗位的必须的安全培训并配合应急预案的演练； Participate in the necessary safety training for the post and cooperate with the drill of emergency plan; • 严格执行岗位安全操作规程。及时汇报工作中的任何事故事件和危险源； Strictly follow EHS procedure.
