Clinical Business Data Analyst, Data Hub, Clinical Business Operations

Purpose of Job The Associate Manager, Data Hub is responsible for implementing efficient data processes, supporting system integrations, and act as a data professional to meet business and compliance requirements. The Associate Manager plays an important role in implementing technical activities and ensuring adherence to best practices in the clinical business operation. This position also ensures good cross-functional collaborations to align with department priorities. Through effective operational execution, the Associate Manager contributes to the continuous improvement and scalability of data operations across the organization Major Responsibilities Support the implementation of data integration and quality control (QC) processes, contributing to workflow improvements that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency. Assist as a technology contact by participating in the adoption of new technologies, automation tools, and digital solutions to optimize data workflows and reduce manual activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and pilot innovative tools that aid in data ingestion, validation, and analysis. Track and report the outcomes of technology initiatives, providing feedback to help refine implementation approaches for better performance and scalability. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing technical support to tech-driven workstreams and process innovation pilots within the CBO function. Assist in delivering trainings and onboarding support to new staff and interns. Qualification 5+ years of experience in clinical trial investigator contracts, investigator payments, clinical operations or other related areas in the biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO industry or clinical research field. Proven proficiency in one or more programming languages, i.e. Python, JavaScript. Experience implementing process and introducing technology-driven solutions to increase data or operational efficiency. Strong interest in emerging technologies, with the ability to learn, evaluate, and support implementation of tools such as AI, automation, or digital platforms. Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability in managing evolving priorities. Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Good interpersonal, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
