Control Engineer

Summary Full capability to follow all the setup/debugging activities related to CNC machine, assembly and test equipment from the Power on to the machine completes test 30H. Duties and Responsibilities • Work closely with project team and commissioning team, supporting them and the project to respect the projects timing. • Machining equipment installation and debugging, to ensure the unity of the auxiliary equipment and machining center system. • Consult with project team to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance and improve the deliverable quality of the equipment. • 100% follow control debugging internal procedures and activities check list. • Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job in a better/qualified way. • Work always 100% in safe conditions to prevent injuries. • 100% follow customer’s or Comau plants policy for environmental, health or safety regulations. • Full capability of machine or handling installation, power on, update of hardware or software and other electrical control activities. • Full capability of PLC and CN program modification according to electrical system debugging
