Summary Take responsibility to big and critical project proposal and biding; Duties and Responsibilities · Fully understand what solution COMAU can sell to the customer, and what is customer’s needs; · Independently Develop the solution like tailor maker to meet customer’s needs; · Analyze the process ( Line division , station division, cycle time study, welding spot distribution, operator quantity ) · Work out scope of supply · Make right technical assumption, inclusion & exclusion, line technical description, and make sure the interface between COMAU and customer. · Develop line layout. · Put right cost for the scope. · Internal kick off the project to PM smoothly · Teach and Coach Engineer Jr. to develop competencies; Key Performance Indicators & Measures · Customer satisfaction · Technically and cost competitive · Cost estimation · Internal kick off the project to PM smoothly · TimingQualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience) Knowledge & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in automation, engineering or business required; · At least 7 years’ experience in automation industry(BA Related) or car manufacturing company; · At least 5 years’ experience in Body welding proposal related jobs; · Knowledge of Body welding process, products, Equipment, customer standards, new trend; · Familiar with COMAU Solutions (standard and special application) is a plus; · Work in an English speaking environment Skills · Auto CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Basic Skills for UG or Catia. · Presentation and Communication, Negotiation skills; · Interpersonal relationship, potentially with customers; · Working under pressure and OT; Behavioral Competencies · Leadership, Influencing and Guiding Others; · Results Orientation； · Integrity & Ethics · Proactivity · Communication & Social Intelligence； · Teamwork · Customer Service Orientation · Analysis & Problem Solving · Travel availability · Good capacity to balance the risks with opportunities
