Summary He /She supports Control Technical leader and he/she is the operative responsible for electrical HW / SW PLC designing and commissioning, ensuring technical performance in-house and on customer site. Able to manage controls projects and act as CTL. Duties and Responsibilities Able to manage controls projects and act as CTL, if so, he is coached by a qualified CTL or the Controls Leader and can get full support if needed. Responsible to follow the project allocation decided by department manager. Responsible to design software and commissioning in accordance with the project information managed by the CTL. Responsible to design software and commissioning in accordance with the time budget given by the CTL and PM. Perform the software design and commissioning of the project. Weekly update the CTL about the job status. Immediately update the CTL if any issue occurs. The software design must follow the project rules according to customer spec, and all requirements regarding final documentation, U&M manual, training to operators and maintenance team. All these requirement are provided by the CTL and reviewed together with the controls dept manager. Collect information and support CTL. Assist CTL for software communication with customer. Focus on usage of internal standards during software design. Responsible to perform commissioning, both in COMAU and customer site. Willing to accept long business trips. Participate the M460PWT Controls Design Kickoff. Participate the M465PWT Initial BOM Release if involved in HW design. Participate the M470PWT Customized Design Kickoff. Participate the M475PWT Design Review / Customer Sign-Off. Participate the M480PWT Final BOM Release. Must know and perform the job in accordance with activity cards of the COMAU Quality Process Book (All chapter P4.2...) Key Performance Indicators & Measures Successful technical solutions. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation. Knowledge & Skills Advance knowledge in controls and PLC software. Battery cell projects experience is preferred PWT E-drive projects experience is preferred Skills in team management. Skills in project organization, timing, quality. Electrical HW design. Apply Industry components and familiar with specification and standards. Optimize the hardware architecture. Bill of materials of application. Advance CAD(EPLAN) and Program tools user.
