We are committed to foster a culture that acknowledges individual uniqueness and fosters creativity, in which employees of diverse backgrounds and with different abilities can feel safe, respected, and included. 一、岗位职责 1. 负责四向车、穿梭车、子母车、堆垛机等物流自动化标准设备的机械研发、方案设计及三维建模工作； 2. 完成标准产品的商业件计算与选型，输出机械图纸、BOM 清单，进行强度校核及工艺优化，确保产品可靠性与量产性； 3. 参与样机试制、测试验证及问题整改，持续优化标准机型性能与成本； 4. 对接供应链与生产环节，解决加工、装配、现场调试过程中的机械技术问题； 5. 跟踪行业前沿技术及海外先进标准，负责技术文档编写及专利申报工作。 二、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造、机械工程、物流装备等相关专业； 2. 5年及以上物流自动化行业机械研发经验，精通四向车、穿梭车、子母车、堆垛机中至少两类产品设计者优先； 3. 熟练使用 SolidWorks/UG/Creo 等设计软件，熟悉机械传动、钣金 / 机架结构、标准件选型及静力学分析； 4. 英语读写能力优秀，可独立阅读英文技术资料及图纸，口语流利者优先； 5. 具备标准产品平台化设计思维，工作严谨负责，具备良好的问题解决能力与沟通协调能力。 I. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the mechanical R&D, solution design, and 3D modeling of standardized automated logistics equipment, such as four-way shuttles, shuttle carts, mother-child shuttle systems, and stacker cranes; 2. Perform calculations and component selection for commercial parts used in standard products; generate mechanical drawings and BOMs; conduct structural strength verification and process optimization to ensure product reliability and mass-production feasibility; 3. Participate in prototype fabrication, testing/validation, and issue rectification; continuously optimize the performance and cost of standard models; 4. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to resolve mechanical technical issues arising during machining, assembly, and on-site commissioning; 5. Monitor cutting-edge industry technologies and advanced international standards; handle technical documentation and patent applications. II. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Equipment, or related fields; 2. At least 5 years of mechanical R&D experience in the logistics automation industry; proficiency in the design of at least two types of equipment—such as four-way shuttles, shuttle carts, mother-child shuttle systems, or stacker cranes—is preferred; 3. Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, UG, or Creo; familiarity with mechanical drive systems, sheet metal/frame structures, standard component selection, and static analysis; 4. Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to independently read technical materials and drawings in English; spoken English proficiency is a plus; 5. Possess a mindset geared towards platform-based design for standard products; demonstrate a rigorous and responsible work ethic, along with strong problem-solving and communication/coordination skills.
