About The Role

  1. QA System Management 1.1 Champion the effectiveness of the overall management of the QA systems defined 1.2 Drive infrastructural improvement 1.3 Effectively communicate results / KPIs to stakeholders and drive improvement collaboratively 1.4 Provide leadership to drive for better business results continuously 2. Drive Best-in-class Quality system 2.1 Manage and ensure that suppliers adhere to Costa quality and food safety standards and procedures 2.2 Ensure suppliers are meeting the Costa quality standards, and are audited yearly with satisfactory results 2.3 Develop suppliers to have self driven QA systems performance tracking and improvement 2.4 Implement global sustainability strategy / initiative 2.5 Define Best-in-Class standards / practices for directing continuous improvement 2.6 Assess, approve and coach new suppliers 3.Mitigate Risk to Business 3.1 Validate Costa products are fully comply with related regulations at all time, and develop strategy to cover possible gray areas 3.2 Identify emerging issues and anticipate possible risks; develop strategy to mitigate risk to acceptable level 4. Build Brand Advocacy 4.1 Support strategy on brand Advocacy to evoke customer to tell Costa quality stories 4.2 Drive customer relevant initiatives to build trust and loyalty of Costa products 4.3 Develop customer relevant quality messages for the categories 4.4 Build material and share Costa quality stories effectively to targeted customers 5. Provide technical support in new food product commercialization (food / beverage / packaging / GWP items); Required knowledge, skills or experience 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (food related major is necessary); 2. Proven technical/QA related work experience in WQSR/Coffee chain/Tea beverage chain company or its suppliers; 3. Proven experience in leadership and team management; 4. Proven experience in supporting personal development of direct reports; 5. Minimum of 8 years’ QA related working experience; 6. Project management experience; 7. Be fluent in written and oral English; 8. Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills; 9. Team spirit, responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
