海外智能座舱经理/高级经理（Smart Cockpit Manager / Senior Manager)

岗位职责： 1、负责项目计划管理、进度把控及风险管理的工作，确保项目按时保量交付； 2、负责项目预算提报及成本管理工作； 3、负责座舱项目内外部资源协调，确保项目有效开展； 4、负责项目座舱产品交付物的质量及交付工作。 任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，熟悉新能源汽车、汽车电子、座舱软件开发行业相关流程； 2、 5年以上大型软件开发项目管理经验，有3年以上整车软件或者Tier1项目经验优先； 3、 具备较好的快速学习能力、沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力； 4、具备良好的风险意识、团队意识、组织协调能力、问题处理能力； 5、有PMP证书和ASPICE经验者优先； 6、有海外工作经历或语言沟通能力优先。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for project planning management, schedule control, and risk management to ensure timely and quality delivery of the project; 2. Responsible for project budget submission and cost management; 3. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the cockpit project to ensure its effective implementation; 4. Responsible for the quality and delivery of cabin product deliverables for the project. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with relevant processes in the new energy vehicle, automotive electronics, and cabin software development industries; 2. More than 5 years of experience in managing large-scale software development projects, with at least 3 years of experience in vehicle software or Tier 1 projects preferred; 3. Having good abilities in rapid learning, communication and expression, and logical thinking; 4. Have good risk awareness, team spirit, organizational and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities; 5. PMP certificate and ASPICE experience are preferred; 6. Overseas work experience or language communication skills are preferred.
