Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for working with manager in planning, analyzing, developing and improving preventive maintenance guidelines. Including providing training to educate about the guidelines for maintenance of machinery in the production process and utility system for personnel in the department. You commonly work with a team of professionals and/or outsource to ensure the smooth of production line due to sufficient utility control and good machinery condition and ensuring the compliance of company policies, laws and other relevant legislations, correctly and consistently across the organization. Improve and reduce costs in the facility, utility and maintenance process for the benefit of the production department.

In order to prevent accidents while working with both people and equipment, it also has a responsibility to define, regulate, and incentivize safe work.
