海外车队经理/高级经理（Fleet Manager / Senior Manager）

岗位职责： 负责海外车队的日常运营管理，确保运输任务高效完成并符合安全标准。 统筹车队调度和资源分配，优化物流成本和时间效率以提升整体绩效。 监督车队维护和安全管理，预防事故并确保合规性及风险控制。 协调与海外供应商和客户的沟通，处理运输问题并推动合作关系。 分析车队运营数据，评估绩效指标并提出持续改进方案。 职位要求： 本科及以上学历，物流管理、交通运输或相关专业背景。 5年以上车队管理经验，有海外运营或国际物流经验者优先。 熟悉物流运输行业，熟练操作车队管理软件（如GPS跟踪系统）和数据分析工具。 持有物流相关专业证书（如CPLM或类似）者优先考虑。 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas fleets, ensuring efficient completion of transportation tasks and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate fleet scheduling and resource allocation, optimize logistics costs and time efficiency to improve overall performance. Supervise fleet maintenance and safety management, prevent accidents and ensure compliance and risk control. Coordinate communication with overseas suppliers and customers, handle transportation issues, and promote cooperative relationships. Analyze fleet operation data, evaluate performance indicators, and propose continuous improvement plans. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in logistics management, transportation or related majors. More than 5 years of fleet management experience, with overseas operations or international logistics experience preferred. Familiar with the logistics and transportation industry, proficient in operating fleet management software (such as GPS tracking systems) and data analysis tools. Holders of logistics related professional certificates (such as CPLM or similar) are given priority consideration.
