•Bridge between ZDS CMF team and VEM post AA2 •Color, Material definition (CMD) updates, post AA2 •Presentations, renders and VR •Participate in relevant Line meetings and Design Board •Participate in relevant project reviews and VP and TT car reviews •Create / generate modified or new CMF proposals if required, in alignment with ZDS •CMD creation for physical models and follow up at model makers •Support CMF developments with local suppliers Requirements and skills •Minimum Bachelor’s degree within Industrial Design, Transportation Design or Fine Arts. •At least 3 years’ experience from industrial or transportation design. •Deep knowledge in design process and methodology as well CMF development process. •Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and VRED with ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively in 2D and 3D. •Strong communicator with good presentation skills, both verbally and visually. •Unafraid and highly flexible, knowing that changes are inevitable. •Thrive in an environment where the pace is high and sometimes unpredictable. •You have a “can-do-attitude” and an entrepreneurial mindset. You like to work hands-on. •Structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills. •Excellent communication in Chinese and English
